Water Billboards is a family owned and operated business located in Canby, Minnesota that specializes in private label water along with a complete line of compostable food service materials. Owners, Randy and Susan Kamrath, started the company in 2008 with a dream and became successful through hard work, dedication and always trying to do what is right, not just what is easy. Randy was out on the road selling as often as production would allow and Susan was at the office taking care of the books, label designs, and of course, their children.
In February of 2015 their son, William, returned home from Watford City, North Dakota to help with the business. He is now the Shipping and Production Manager. Their oldest child, Paige, is the Office Manager, and her husband, Joe, is the Operations Specialist. Working together as a family has provided Water Billboards with many advantages. While everyone brings their own talents and strengths to the company, all work together in a way that holds this business together. All members have an investment in the company and all are willing to put in the time and sacrifices it takes to keep a business successful.
Because of this dedication, our customers range from Henry’s Food Services, with 25 semi-loads per year, to one time events that are 4-8 cases. Water Billboards prides itself on a broad and varied customer base: from graduations to reunions, high schools to universities, convenience stores to food distributors; we have the ability to reach almost anyone. Our bottles with YOUR message provide a wide range of marketability.

Meet the Water Billboards Family
Susan Kamrath – President
Susan and Randy founded Water Billboards together and they have been in business since June 2008. Susan graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead with BAs in political science and organizational communication. She enjoys spending time with family, especially Livy, her granddaughter.
Randy Kamrath – CFO
Randy grew up in a farming household and in May of 1981 ran for Minnesota State Senate. He was a senator for 6 years (1981 – 1987), now Randy loves working at Water Billboards with his wife and family. Randy also LOVES to play softball and loves spending time with his children and granddaughter.
William Kamrath – Shipping and Receiving
William attended college at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall Minnesota. He has been involved with Water Billboards since the beginning when he was just 8 years old. He now lives on the family farm in Canby with his wife Dannika (pictured right) and enjoys hunting and spending time with his dog Maxie.
Paige Bohne- Office Manager
Paige attended college at Concordia in Moorhead Minnesota. She graduated with a degree in political science and business and writing. She has been involved with Water Billboards from the start. In early 2018 she moved home to Canby with her husband Joe. She enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog jack, watching movies, and golfing.
Joe Bohne- Operations Specialist
Joe attended Minnesota School of Business for Business Management Human Resources and worked for 20 years in Retail Management from really small companies to really big companies. Managing teams from 2-3 to 200. He joined Water Billboards in early 2018 after seeing the future growth potential of the company. He enjoys spending time with this wife Paige, dog Jack, many nieces and nephews as well as golfing and riding motorcycle. He is also on the Ronald McDonald House Ride Committee.
