BUILDINGS, MACHINES, AND PROCESSING
Water Billboards owns the 15,100 sq. ft. building that houses the office and production facility. This facility is located at 107 11th Street East Canby, Minnesota 56220. All production machinery was purchased new from Norland International, Lincoln, Nebraska an internationally respected and trusted source for water production equipment. The equipment is state of the art. Our facility meets all FDA standards and is licensed and inspected by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
Our water is sourced from the Canby municipal system which is both FDA and MN Dept. of Ag. regulated. Once in our facility the water is processed through a carbon filter, followed by a de-scaler, and finally by reversed osmosis. The water is then ozonated to prevent any bacteria growth. Our water is tested daily for ozone levels, total dissolved solids (TDS), bacteria, hardness, chlorine, color, and odor; no water is released until test results are verified. There is a written recall procedure and production records on file if needed.
Water Billboards complies with the written Hazard Communication Program requirements {of Federal OSHA 1910.1200 (e)} and has a written Hazard Communication on file. We have MSDS forms on file for all chemicals housed in our facility. If you would like a list of the chemicals in our workplace and/or any specific forms please contact us at info@waterbillboards.com.
